  • Starts at $500. Includes: Physical property walkthrough, security check, mail and key management, household logistics and a detailed summary of immediate needs.
Estate Coordination

Comprehensive management for executors and out-of-state heirs. We act as your local hands and eyes, coordinating the orderly transition of a home or estate.

  • Custom quoted. Options include flat project fees, hourly support or percentage-based spend coordination. Focuses on vendor oversight, neutral communication and asset logistics.
